Resilient Communities

About us

What is MRN?

The Minyon Resilience Network is a Community-led Resilience Team (CRT) — a group of local volunteers who coordinate emergency preparedness and communication for the Minyon Falls region.

Area Contacts each manage a specific zone and maintain direct links to a Primary Contact, who in turn connects with emergency services including SES, Red Cross and the Rural Fire Service.

What we do

  • Map the network and Area Contacts
  • Organise training and events
  • Apply for grants for increased resilience
